Everything started in el camino

WAYS was born one afternoon when we were having coffee in Sarria when a couple of German pilgrims decided to enter a restaurant with a Pilgrim's Menu of pasta.

The pilgrims chose that restaurant instead of the stand next door, which is famous for having the best Pulpo a Feira in the area as well as the place's other delicacies of cheese, sausages and chestnuts.

German travelers were missing out on an authentic experience of cultural connection and great octopus. Locals were missing out on the opportunity to share their traditions and ensure they stay alive over time.
